Ancon Stainless Steel Fixings (UK) is founded

George Clark of Sheffield and Ancon Stainless Steel Fixings (including its subsidiary Harris and Edgar) merge to form Ancon Clark

Ancon Clark’s head office relocates to the purpose-built President Park facility in Sheffield. Harris and Edgar in Epsom is closed to centralise sales operations in Sheffield. CCL Systems of Leeds (UK) is acquired including a facility in Australia

Ancon Clark is merged with CCL Systems to form Ancon CCL

Formation of Ancon CCL International and Ancon Building Products

Ancon CCL International and Ancon Building Products merge and continue to trade as the latter
